Hi!

"I keep coming back to one core idea: courage is what happens when you keep going, even when confused or shaking.

So far I created 4 ways to be courageous.

A autobio meets coaching tools book

a brain friendly workbook

a cinematic reading with graphic novel AI style images and stories

and a spreadsheet decision matrix for a quick check in with yourself. I hope it helps you keep going too."

🙌 Love, Jen

Courage -
Tales and Tools to Master Your Mind

Courage is part autobiography, part guide to the hardest decisions you'll face. It reached number seven on Amazon, and inside you'll find the real stories behind the tools: how to get clear on your values, make tough calls with confidence, and turn self-doubt into self-trust. One reader told me it felt less like reading a book and more like sitting down for a conversation and that they needed those tools yesterday.
I hope you enjoy it too!

Decision Matrix

This is the tool readers come back to again and again, pulled straight from the book and turned into a worksheet you can use today. If you're stuck on a hard choice right now, start here. It's free, and it's yours.

Courage -
The Workbook

Courage Tools is the full toolkit from the book, turned into guided prompts and exercises you can work through one page at a time. I built it with simple fonts, short sections, and plenty of white space, so it works for busy minds and overwhelmed days too. Pick it up when you need it, set it down when you don't.

Student hack:

Print A4 size, 14 pages, black and white, one sided, put in any folder & write your notes on the back sides.

The Cinematic Reading

This is Courage told a different way: a six and a half hour cinematic reading, paired with original graphic novel style imagery I built scene by scene from my own memories. It's part audiobook, part film, and it was something I'd never tried before. Some chapters I had to stop and breathe before I could keep going.

This version holds the stories only: growing up in an extreme cult, building a life as a leadership coach, and the moments I nearly lost myself and found my way back.
