I've spent 25 years working across law, government, recruitment, psychology and project management. The last 13 years, I focused entirely on coaching and facilitation - I love it!
I'm direct, energetic, and I don't hide behind wordy powerpoint slides. If you want someone to smile and nod for an hour, I'm not your person. If you want someone who makes your leaders be fully engaged - and leaves them wanting more - I am here for you.
I love the beach, live with my partner Kai in New Zealand, and fly to clients around the world for longer engagements like team strategy weeks or personal retreats.
