Everyone picks a Human CV card (personality type or SDG) that fits how they feel today.
Go around the room: say your name + why you picked that card.
Quick and light, just a way to get to know each other.

Quiet Reflection βοΈπ§
Everyone gets A4 paper and pencils.
Take 20β25 minutes for quiet thinking and writing. Prompts:
Whatβs giving me energy?
Whatβs draining me?
What are my 3 top goals for the next 4 weeks?
After that, chat at your table and share one thing if youβd like.

Hand out the Challenge sheets.
Everyone chooses a daily 30-minute thing they want to commit to
(writing, filming reels, meal prepping, fitness, helping others, etc.).Fill in your first circle today β thatβs Day 1! π
