I design and facilitate 3-day team resets using soft skills diagnostics, personality frameworks, decision-making tools and playful-but-disarming card decks.
My style is practical, honest and energising. I get booked by people who don’t want another keynote, they want down-to-earth progress.
I’ve coached and facilitated globally across leadership teams. My most recent engagement was a year-long leadership development program for 60 managers (Graduation: Aug 2025). I mix structure with intuition, strategy with humour, and leave your team clearer than they’ve felt in years.
When I’m not facilitating, I run The Human CV, walk at the beach, or learn about zero-waste sewing with natural fibres.
